Introduction to MIND & MACHINE

Over the past few years, I’ve seen extraordinary things. Things I never imagined. World-changing advancements across fields such as virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, robotics, space exploration, life extension and many more tranformational technologies.

As COO of the pioneering virtual reality company Kite & Lightning, and prior to that founder of the experimental production company GLASS Media Lab, my exposure to these technologies has connected me with so many fascinating people and led to a remarkable series of conversations.

I constantly found myself thinking: If I could share this conversation, it would be of interest and value to so many people — people like me, with a vast curiosity and a deep concern for the future of our world.

And so now, with the creation of "MIND & MACHINE: Discussion on the Future", I have the ability to capture thoughtful one-on-one conversations and share them.

Beyond my desire to engage with insightful people, I see this as a way to foster and connect with a broader conversation. A conversation about who we want to become. A conversation with inventors and leaders implementing change. A conversation with those who are curious, and with those who are concerned.

Furthermore, a conversation on an open platform where the production is free from commercial or political influences. Where we can follow our curiosity wherever the thread of an idea leads us.
